Weber 3752001 Genesis E-320 Propane Gas Grill Copper

WOW ....Very Nice Grill!!!!5

The Grill came from the west cost to east cost in about 1 week box arrived in great condition and is packaged well for a long commute. It didn't take long to figure out that I made a good purchase. The assembly was easy lots of parts but it went together with no problems. It has picture instruction that are easy to follow. Parts are quality nothing cheap here!!!

The electronic ignition works great and has weight gauge for the propane so I hope I don't run out again!!! I love the way it cooks evenly and gets hot fast. The copper color is very nice and is a great addition to my outdoor decor!!!

I would buy this again without question!

Weber 3742001 Genesis E-310 Propane Grill Copper

Best Fathers' Day gift ever!5

The Weber Genesis gas grill was an instant favorite in this house! It replaced a 14-year old Weber grill but it has many upgrades. The grates are heavy and leave great grill marks on the meat and vegetables. The style is so pretty and the copper color quite unique. We have used it almost every night since it arrived. We also appreciated the delivery right to our garage as this is a large and very heavy item. More detail ...

Lodge Logic Hibachi-Style Grill

Cooks to perfection5

I have been using this hibachi grill for 2 years now and it is fantastic. A small amount of charcoal will grill a steak to perfection. By adjusting the air vent you can control the heat nicely. It is worth the price and I would buy this item again!More detail ...

Weber 758001 22.5-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill Blue

The top of the three-legged Weber line5

After using a 22 1/2 inch Weber for 12-13 years and never paying any attention to taking care of it I decided to get the new One-Touch with the bucket ash catcher--the "Gold" model. I also went with the blue color for an extra ten bucks.

There is nothing wrong with the Silver model but the addition of the enclosed bucket-type ash catcher is enough of an improvement to make the Gold model the top choice. As much as I loved my old Weber I always had ashes scattered around on the patio after using it. That open pan-type ash catcher could be mighty messy especially in the wind. It's not a concern with the One-Touch Gold.

It's easy to love a Weber grill. The design is a classic and it has proven itself for around 50 years. The grill is incredibly versatile. I only rarely use my big smoker since it's pretty simple to slow cook roasts ribs and briskets on the Weber. And it's ideal for direct grilling of steaks burgers sausages and vegetables.

The one accessory you should get is the Weber chimney starter. Take it from me you won't regret it at all. I've owned three or four other chimney starters and ended up going back to charcoal lighter because none of them ever worked well enough to reliably get a fire going. Well the Weber works and it saves the expense of the lighter fluid and the time it takes to burn off the odor and taste.

If you're on a budget the Silver model will work just as well as the Gold. If you're willing to spend extra for more convenience the Gold One Touch is the way to go. The blue one looks nice too. More detail ...

Weber 3780001 Genesis S-320 Propane Gas Grill Stainless Steel

Genesis S-320 ; a gem ... 5

The reason I bought this bbq was 1) it was rated the best bbq between $500 and $1000 by most all rating bureau's 2) it uses high quality 302 s/s 3) has s/s cooking racks which to me are easier to clean 4) its a very pretty bbq and 5) it's a Weber made in the US. The E-320 with colored panels in my opinon isn't as nice looking as the s/s unit.

I bought this bbq from Amazon about 10 days ago. It was shipped for free via Eagle Transportation. I think Amazon realized large items shipped UPS were arriving damaged. At least the few large items I previously ordered and shipped UPS arrived that way. The shipping estimate was 10-14 days with the free option. Four days after I saw that the item was shipped I received a call from Eagle's Los Angeles depot asking me when I wanted it delivered. I couldn't believe that ! I told them the next day. They gave me a time frame 10-1 asking if that was agreeable. At 11 Eagle arrived off loaded my bbq in one huge box and asked where I wanted it. The box was completely intact and undamaged. I've never encountered that kind of service from any carrier. Cudos to Amazon on choosing this shipper.

Now the bbq. Weber's Genesis S-320 LP. I'm a very handy guy with a garage full of tools. I unpacked all the parts and had them spread out on a blanket so I wouldn't scratch them on the cement floor. Everyone's greatest dread is the assembly instructions usually done in a foreign country and poorly translated in to English. But since Weber is made in the USA I found the step by step numbered instructions very easy to follow. All the little screws washers and bolts were nicely packaged and oh my goodness... they were all there. There were no shortages of any parts. One or two extras in a package would have been nice since I usually drop one of something and lose it somewhere under a bench in the garage. Anyway the bbq went together effortlessly. I had my propane tank filled and used the weight hanger inside the stand which showed the tank was full. Another nice touch.

Now for the good part; using it. I did that tonight for the first time on Mother's Day. I thought that was appropriate. Anyway I made cheesburgers - one of my most favorite bbq foods. I read the instructions on how Weber thought hamburgers should be cooked; medium heat with the lid down. They recommend always keeping hte lid down to cook and only opening it to turn the food or check to see if it's done. I also used the side burner just because... it's there. I've never had a bbq with a side burner and found it handy but a space hog. The bbq did what it is intended to do very well. It cooked my burgers in record time with the lid down. We also cooked corn on the cob wrapped in tin foil in the grill at the same time. Everything turned out great.

Now my trivial gripes. The right side table has all the controls. That only leaves a very small amount of space between the control knobs and the bbq as a useable work area. One should be careful placing items in that area because being so close to the bbq it does tend to get a bit warm. I don't know why Weber couldn't put the controls on the front of the bbq leaving two nice sized working platforms. I found that a bit irritating especially when I used the left side burner. I had no place to set down plates platters etc. I had to pull up another small table. I don't know how often I'll actually use the side burner. If I don't use it ofen which I probably won't then it's really not an issue.

Did I say gripes? Well that's all I can think of. Overall I'm very happy with the Weber Genesis S-320. I like it alot. Would I buy it again if I only wanted to spend around $750?? You bet ! I can see why it's rated highly in all the reviews. And you get Webers great guarantee and customer service. Go for it...you won't be disappointed.

Weber 441001 18.5-Inch One Touch Silver Kettle Grill Black

Great grill for direct cooking too small for indirect.4

I love this grill. This is one of my four weber kettle grills I own.

Assembly is a snap. The only tool you'll need is a hammer to tap the wheel lugs on. In 15 minutes you can be lighting your coal.

The beauty of this grill is the kettle design which maximizes heat retention and allows the grill to act like an oven with the top on. I've cooked whole chickens cabbage bread and pizza using this method. The top also has a hook on it so you can hang it from the side of the grill while you add sauce or tend to what you're cooking.

My only complaint about this is its size. Its great for direct cooking steaks chops etc. But to do some more long term smoking of ribs whole chickens its a little small because the coals get too close to the sides of the food and some parts might get scorched. If you do a lot of slow indirect cooked foods go for the 22 1/2 inch weber kettle grill.More detail ...

Cuisinart CGG-200 All-Foods 12000-BTU Tabletop Gas Grill

Easy to use Grill with Superior Cooking Capabilities5

I just got this grill...it's a state of the art tabletop grill. The grill is already put together so it's essentially ready to be used "out of the box". The grill is very light so it's efficiently portable and easy to carry. It can fit on small or large tables and comes with a stainless steel veggie plate that is great for cooking vegetables kabob's etc. It's got a easy to attach catch pan dipper that just slides on under bottom of the grill. The grill starts immediately (push and turn to light the burner) and the heat comes on quick; the temperature gauge on the top is very accurate and allows superior cooking capabilities which is the best part of this grill. i cooked chicken the first night i got the grill and it came out perfectly. For those of you using Weber or other more commercial grills I'd recommend looking at this. I use to have a weber used for tailgates etc - this grill is 10 times better and reasonably priced for it's quality. More detail ...

Weber 4411001 Spirit E-210 Propane Grill Black

DON'T BE FRUGAL. SPEND THE $$ ON THIS ONE.5

I rented a house in Sedona Arizona for a month where they had a gas grill. Friends visited and grilled up some outrageous steaks and salmon. I had a little Weber Smokey Joe at home that I had not used for years. The charcoal system became too dirty and too much trouble. I never purchased a gas grill as I thought that really great tasting food could not be created on a gas grill.

When I returned home from my trip I went to Target Walmart and Home Depot shopping for grills. Home Depot had a full-featured large stainless steel grill on sale. Orginal price $369 - Sale price $199. The floor unit was the only one remaining unit in all the Phoenix stores. I won't mention the brand name. I purchased the grill and arranged for friends to pickup the following day as it was too big to load into my SUV. I knew it was poorly constructed but the price was too tempting.

When I got home that evening I started reading reviews on the grill that I had just purchased. Nearly all of them were negative. I saw the Webers on the floor at Home Depot. The quality was CLEARLY superior. However they were also considerably more expensive. I decided that I wanted a pleasant grilling experience. I could not picture having friends over for dinner and having burner difficulties.

I returned to Home Depot early the next morning. canceled the original purchase and purchased the Weber Spirit E-210. I had Home Depot assemble the grill for me.

Cooking on a gas grill is a either a science or art. If you don't know how to do it the results will be poor. I watched a gas grilling video on [...] by an executive chef from Morton's Steak House. [...]

This video got me going in the right direction. The key points are high heat preheat and closed cover cooking. You can copy and paste the link to the video into your browser.

This grill heats up to 600 degrees quickly. Everything about it is quality quality. There is a wonderful disposable drip pan system with foil drip pans. The grill plates are heavy steel meaning you will get even heating over all of your meats. Some other reviews mention this unit as having too small a cooking area. Obviously they are cooking for soccer teams. In my opinion this grill is big enough for any family. There is no side burner or rotisserie although an attachment can be purchased. I have a Showtime rotisserie so that wasn't a big deal for me.

I love this grill. It is truly one of the quality items that I own.

Ducane 31731101 Affinity 3100 Propane Grill Black

Quality and Great Customer Service5

This is the nicest grill I have ever owned and I can't believe it really is only about $100 more than the last grill I had which was a total piece of junk. It is really nice quality made. It heats evenly and quickly and is really much larger cooking area than I thought. Its perfect.

I put the entire thing together on my own and I'm a pretty petite woman. It was nowhere near as complicated to assemble as I thought. However I could not locate the knobs for the grill (dials) or the handle for the door. I re-checked every box maybe it was there and the kids conveniently "relocated" it or it was missing in the first place (which I believe). I called Ducane a few questions later they shipped out what was supposed to be 3 knobs and 1 handle only got 1 knob. Tried again only one knob. 3rd time is the charm and the woman I talked to the last two times said she would have the error corrected to reflect the proper part. Really their service was amazing and I'm thrilled with the grill. I splurged on a nice Ducane cover I'm glad I did but this baby will get a parking space in the garage come winter I'm in love with it!More detail ...

Weber 586002 Q 320 Portable Outdoor Gas Grill

Unless your cooking for an army this is the one to get...5

Been waiting for awhile to find a good deal on this but Amazon's got the best price with shipping you are going to find. $0.01 doesn't get much better than that. What surprised the heck out of me was ordering early Thursday morning and finding at my doorstep Friday before noon. FedEx overnight somebody loves me. This was supposed to ship ground.

I've bought a Weber Q several years ago so I already know what the fuss is about. Cast iron grill great cook platform etc. I've never used a cover so over the years I've had to replace burners etc. as they corroded and degraded. Not Weber's fault but Weber customer service is the greatest 24/7 etc. cheerfully helped identify what I needed and sent me the replacement parts.

I've been enviously looking at the 300 and when I saw the specs on the 320 I knew I was looking at my next Weber.

I thought I knew what I was getting but I was pleasantly surprised at what I unboxed. This one is even cleverer than the original.

Stationary Cart is a well thought out design. Stable with safety features I've never seen implemented as well. The Tank storage system that locks the propane tank in place so it can't shift and also provides the cart with a counterweight to help prevent tips is a marvel by itself. The collapsible shelf system is elegant and functional while feeling more substantial than the Q200's fixed shelfs.

The slightly larger cooking area is served by split cast iron grills instead of the single grill piece used by the Q200. This actually makes this grill easier to clean and service while taking nothing away from the cook area. A stainless steel warming rack is a nice place to put up food from the grill surface. Just sits there but is totally substantial and stable.

A second burning tube stainless steel to prevent rusting out provides the additional heat and controls to bring the grill up to the temperatures I need to cook in colder weather. 40degrees last night and the grill still heated up to over 400 degrees in about 5 minutes.

Thermostat is simple and will be easy to replace in the event of breakage or failure. This has an integral BBQ light that has a sensor that automatically turns it off when the lid is lowered. Very cool.

I have never been satisfied with the old style igniter on the previous Q models. The Q320 now has a electronic igniter that works great. Uses a AAA battery. Press a button and poof. Weber's lit. The outer burner ignites the center burner automatically.

Assembly was easy with two of us but this could have been assembled easily by one person. Directions could have been better but pictures worked fine.

Food tastes great. Looking foward to putting through it's paces this summer.

Already bought my grill cover. This time I don't plan on abusing Weber Customer service as much .

Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Sportsman's Charcoal Grill

Awesome and then some! Plus an update...5

I ordered this heavy (33 pounds) little jewel from Amazon a week ago got it much earlier than expected and tried it out the day I got it. I now have 4 grills: An "oil barrel" type that is perfect for when the family tribe shows up 2 Weber kettle types in different sizes for weekend entertaining and now the Lodge.

I've had several cast aluminum discount store hibachi's over the years and after the wooden handles fall off the legs become impossible to tighten and then the "adjustable" supports for the grill crack. I don't see that happening with this hibachi.

Let the grill pre-heat spray it with PAM and then enjoy the meal. The heat is even cooking times may be a bit faster than you think but the dish will be excellent.

HOWEVER! If one is cooking on a wooden deck as I do invest in some bricks or concrete pavers to go under the feet. Like all cast iron this sucker retains heat and you don't want to burn your house down while entertaining guests.

Look for the book "The Honerable Hibachi" by Kathryn Popper. An excellent guide/recipe book.

I wonder if this would be safe to use in a large fireplace in winter months. Any ideas?

I'm thinking about getting another Lodge and then finding a home for the smaller Weber.

Get one and then enjoy your hibachi.

Update Feb 26 2006:

I've now had the Lodge Hibachi for 4 months and typically use it several times a week. Clean-up is even easier than it was when new. Remember to put a little olive oil or PAM on the grids first and the seasoning improves. In cold rainy weather the hibachi fits and cooks nicely in my fireplace (thanks Ukiechris!) but I crack a window when I do that.

Although quite heavy it's a great picnic grill and will easily cook chicken steaks or burgers for 4 people. My Webers must think I don't love them anymore. I do but the Lodge is perfect for 1-4 people and chicken cooked on the hibachi has a flavor my kettle or barrel grills just can't match.

Besides cooking for that tribal gathering I'll let you know if I find something the Lodge can't do.

Weber 566002 Q 220 Gas Grill

Good grill but widespread regulator issues2

This is a great grill when it works. Unfortunately getting to get it to work can be a challenge as Weber has a longstanding problem that the safety valve in their regulators is very very finicky particularly if you try to use it with the separately sold Weber adapter hose and a larger 20lb propane tank. The problem is widespread and well documented in reviews across the web (see the low-star reviews on the "Weber 41455" on Amazon for instance).

How finicky? If you're lucky you'll be able to get the grill to light up as long as you are willing to spend 5-10 minutes turning it on every single time - a long sequence of very very slowly opening the valve on the propane tank and then letting it all sit for a while for pressures to equalize before you even try to turn on the grill and then a 5-15 minute "reset sequence" if you do something too fast and it doesn't work the first time... if you're unlucky or have one of their defective regulators even that won't work.

What if you call customer service to get help? They're friendly enough and will quickly diagnose the problem (since it is so common) and offer to ship you a free replacement regulator but the problem is so widespread that they can't build the replacements fast enough to keep them in stock so you may well be waiting at least a week or two as they ship them to all the customers in front of you in line before you finally get your replacement and can start grilling...

Past those two issues once you get this grill to work it is a great grill nice and hot great ceramic cast-iron cooking surface built-in thermometer very helpful nice looking and a streamlined footprint if you have a smaller patio and all the other good things that people say. Buyers just need to beware this very well might not work out of the box so you might be waiting a few weeks to do a repair particularly if you plan to use it with the Weber adapter hose and a larger standard 20lb propane tank.More detail ...
